Construction starts following a full survey by preparing the site, digging down to at least 450mm or solid ground (GGF Guidelines) and laying concrete foundations, also installing or moving any drains required.
Typically a 600mmm high dwarf wall will be constructed matching, wherever possible, the brickwork of the house.
The floor slab is damp proofed, insulated and laid in concrete to the finished level. We will then re-survey to ensure the frames are manufactured to the correct specifications.
With the base in place and the walls complete, we will begin professionally installing your window frames which will make up the sides of the conservatory.
Following on from the frame installation, the roof will be installed and glazed with polycarbonate or glass, whichever you have selected.
A range of internal fixtures and fittings are installed, dependent on your choice, to complete the conservatory installation.

In this challenging economic climate, the smart homeowner has realised that the answer to finding extra room is to make use of the existing space already available in their home, while investing in solutions that offer long-term quality and value.
